AYURVEDA RETREAT

 

The Retreat is a newly opened ayurveda getaway which will be tailored to your individual needs. The retreat will use scientifically verified therapies along with a food plan for revitalization and rejuvenation. (The food plan we use is not seprated by doshas but it’s a dosha neutral one which designed to balance ,detox and purify the body)

The package includes:

  • A consultation with an ayuruvedic specialist to outline a plan (A consultation is only done for stays 3 or more days as it gives us proper time to do a Ayurvedic treatment plan)
  • Ayurveda massages every day using aromatic herbal oils (About one and half hours daily).
  • Ayurveda meals with goals designed to balance and purify the body.
  • Yoga and meditation
  • Luxury accommodation.

A TYPICAL DAY

AT THE RETREAT

The below timetable can be altered from time to time

   7.30 AM – 7.45 AM

The mornings are started with a hot glass of  “Kola Kenda” (A Herbal Drink made of indigenous leaves)

   8.00 AM – 9.00 AM

Our Yoga instructor will conduct an hour of yoga and meditation. We recommend this done on an empty stomach.

   9.00 AM – 9.30 AM

Breakfast (Consisting of local cuisine, healthy fruits and juices)

   9.30 AM – 12.00 PM

The main therapy session of the day will be conducted during these hours. Each guest will receive the Ayurveda treatments for the day.

   12.00 PM – 1.00 PM

A light lunch of red rice,fish, vegetables and lentils all made using ayurvedic preparations.

   1.00 PM – 4.00 PM

A chance to explore the surrounding sights of the villa (see below for list of activities and excursions) or a walk on the beach.

   4.00 PM – 5.00 PM

Alone time with a cup of ginger or herb tea

    5.00 PM – 7.00 PM

We recommend you end the day with a few laps in the swimming pool or practicing some breathing techniques which will be taught to you.

    7.00 PM – 8.00 PM

Light supper consisting of soups and vegetables.

    8.00 PM – 9.00 PM

A chance to read and relax or watch one of our self improvement tapes.

    10.00 PM

The recommended time to get a good night’s sleep.
